Chef Travis Barron is a graduate of George Brown College in Toronto and has spent nearly 30 years working in restaurants, building an extensive career around creating standout dining experiences. During his first private catering event, he discovered the creative freedom and personal connection he was looking for and was hooked!
Today, he brings passion and expertise to one-of-a-kind dining experiences across Georgian Bay and beyond. Travis is known for his playful approach and bold flavors, crafting elevated menus that bring fun and originality to every event.
